Words record the growth of the school, and the camera captures the excitement. The Public Relations Office presents the school’s news with all its heart, and also provides students with a practical platform to participate in interviews, hosting and writing.

The Promotional Office is responsiblities

  • Send out press releases and write press releases:
    The school's award-winning news teacher is responsible for writing them.
    Event news teacher will assign student journalists to record, interview and write; teacher is responsible for revising and reviewing.
    Upload school news and student award news to school fb and instagram.)
  • Help with writing speeches for events
  • Design event invitations
  • School Journal:
    Form a school journal editorial board.
    Set up the editorial committee, contact printers, and prepare the school magazine.
    Collect data, proofread, and arrange for photo shoots (headshots of teachers and staff, photos of all staff, class photos, co-curricular photos).
  • Train students:
    Learning Journal
    a) Participate in the Scholarship Sea Learning Journal organized by The Star.
    Help to write press releases.
    Participate in interview activities.
    Emcee
    a) Emcee large and small events on campus.
    b) Emcee weekly events.
    c) Direct and revise emcee scripts.
    Make announcements during break festivals
