Teachers are the soul of a school. The Board of Directors will continue to increase investment in teacher training and professional development, as well as gradually improve teachers' salaries and benefits to create a more secure teaching environment, so that teachers can focus on teaching and student growth.
We plan to gradually optimize teaching and activity facilities such as laboratories, libraries, sports grounds, etc., and introduce more intelligent teaching equipment to create a safe, modern and efficient learning environment for students.
The Board of Directors will actively strengthen the cooperation and contact with domestic and foreign universities and educational institutions, and strive for more opportunities for student exchanges and overseas study, so as to expand the international vision of students and improve the overall educational level.
In addition to academic performance, the Board of Directors also emphasizes character education and personality building, encouraging students to participate in clubs, volunteer services and leadership training, and is committed to nurturing future talents with a sense of responsibility, inclusiveness and competitiveness. We hope that Hualian will become a cradle for nurturing leaders of our time, and move towards becoming one of the most influential Chinese Independent Schools in Taiping and even in the country.
